MAG Aerospace Announced Recipient of 2016 Governor’s Award for Excellence in International Trade by Governor McAuliffe

Norfolk. VAOctober 5, 2016 – MAG CEO Joe Fluet attended the 68th Annual Virginia Conference on World Trade to accept, on behalf of MAG Aerospace, the 2016 Governor’s Award for Excellence in International Trade. Virginia Governor McAuliffe stated that “MAG Aerospace’s success story is a wonderful example of a company that has experienced the effects of sequestration and saw an opportunity to diversify”. MAG Aerospace has participated in the Commonwealth’s international trade program since 2012. During that time, MAG has more than quadrupled its annual revenue to over $145 million and grown from a hundred employees to over 900 employees working on five continents.
